Debbie and Dennis, her husband of 36 years, are both life-long residents of Clermont County. Both Debbie and Dennis come from family backgrounds dedicated to hard work and responsibilities.
The Hall and Clepper families have been actively involved in Clermont County since the early 1900’s.

Debbie and her husband have raised four children, Kellie, Ryan, Ike and Timmy. After completing their educations, all have returned to Clermont County to live, work and raise their families. They are the proud grandparents of four grandchildren and are actively involved in their lives. They have owned a family operated business for 36 years located in Clermont County.

Debbie is an active member of the Cranston Presbyterian Church in New Richmond. She is a 1972 graduate of Glen Este High School.
